This Health Forum User Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement in effect between the parties coming together on the Kib Forum ("User") and shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Parties". By accessing and using the platform named Kib Forum, the User agrees to comply with the conditions specified in this Agreement.
Purpose of the Forum

Forum administrators may take action against any User who violates this Agreement. These actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the forum.
The severity of the action will be determined at the discretion of the forum administrators, taking into consideration the nature and frequency of the violation.
Modification of the Agreement
Kib Forum reserves the right to change or amend this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the forum will signify acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
